New Product Returns

• Return any new product for a full refund within 90 days of delivery.

• After 90 days, returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee.

• No returns after 120 days.

• We cover return shipping for both domestic and international orders.

Membership Renewals

• Yearly renewals: Refundable within 14 days of the renewal date.

• Monthly renewals: Non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• First, file a claim with the shipping carrier.

• Then contact us at support@otrperformance.com, via webchat, or call/text (586) 799-4375.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team (email, chat, or call/text).

2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

3. Once we get your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Your bank may take up to 2 weeks to post the funds.
