How do I update the hardware firmware?

Firmware updates are issued through the OTR Diagnostics app to enhance functionality. Updates will be applied automatically if we detect an update is available. This is all done through the bluetooth connection.

What happens if the hardware fails?

Should you experience any issues with our hardware, we offer technical support to troubleshoot problems. If a hardware failure is confirmed, we provide replacements under the lifetime warranty policy.

Is the hardware compatible with all types of vehicles?
