How to Process a Return
Any product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. All returns are free and easy for domestic and international orders.
To process a return and receive a prepaid shipping label email customer service at email@example.com or call at (586) 799-4375. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: A signature is required for delivery of packages of more than $999. We will remove “Signature Required” on your package if you leave a Note on the Checkout page.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once you notify customer service that you will like to process a return, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and a return form within 24 hours.
Once the item(s) returned is received we will then process the refund to your original payment method. After the refund is issued, it will take up to 2 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.
Returning an item after 30 days
A 20% restocking fee will be subject to returns after 30 days.
