Beginning at approximately 10 am EST, our cloud vendor, AWS, began experiencing a widespread outage, which may have affected OTR Diagnostics app functionality.
While this issue is out of our control, the Amazon team is working to recover over the next few hours.
How to temporarily fix this issue.
Step 1: Log in to the app with an internet connection.
Step 2: Force close the app.
Step 3: Turn off cellular data and WiFi from your settings.
Step 4: Open the app and select offline mode.
