The receipt is required for cash returns.
Refunds will only be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase. Example, (If the item was purchased with a credit card, a credit to that same card would be issued)
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and zip/postal code HERE and Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

What items are non-refundable?

Are there any charges for return?
- You can return an item for exchange, or a full refund within 60 business days from the day the item was received;
- Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of an error caused by OTR Performance.
- If you are returning an item for a full refund to your original payment method, please allow 5 to 10 business days from the day OTR Performance received the item to see the credit on your account.
